I was born and raised in Kamloops, BC, and have since lived in various areas of this beautiful province. I am grateful to now live in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island, where I work and play on the unneeded and traditional territory of the Snuneymuxw, Snaw-naw-as, and Stzuminus peoples.
In addition to my love of photography, I work full-time as a Registered Social Worker in healthcare. In this work, I'm constantly reminded of the profound importance of vulnerability, gratitude, and the art of slowing down. It is when we acknowledge and practice these principles that true connections are formed - where we build trust and empathy for one another. In a world that seems to move at breakneck speed, It's easy to overlook these essential aspects of life.
I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to freeze moments in time through photography - moments that reflect who we are, what we cherish, and the people we love. With gentle direction, I aim to capture authentic emotions in every shot.
I hope to have the privilege of capturing moments like these for you as well.
